As owner of McGrath Interiors, Krista McGrath has successfully completed a wide variety of projects ranging from living room and kitchen re-designs to conceptualizing media/entertainment areas, outdoor living spaces, and just about everything in-between. Working with various builders, architects, and tradespeople, Krista has the ability to extract her clients' needs and wants, and develop a plan that fulfills the clients' objectives in a creative and practical manner. Working alongside her is her husband, Thomas, an award-winning designer, who manages the visual communications side of McGrath Interiors. Biography
Ever since a very young age, Krista has been fostering her love for design, exploring a variety of art forms and honing her skills as a designer. While earning a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Krista worked for DK Architects in West Chester, during which time she designed the interiors of four elementary school libraries in the local school district. After graduating as one of the top students in her class, she went on to work as a staff designer at J.M. Walton's, Roche Bobois, and Design Services, Ltd. In 1996, she launched McGrath Designs (now McGrath Interiors), taking on a select number of projects each year. Krista resides with her family in West Chester and feels fortunate to live and work in a beautiful area and great community.
