Project Story

This West Chester, PA interior design project brings together elegant architectural details and warm transitional styling to create a home that feels both refined and welcoming. The dramatic two-story foyer serves as the centerpiece of the design, featuring a sweeping staircase, layered millwork, warm hardwood flooring, and a sculptural crystal chandelier that adds softness and movement to the space.

The adjoining great room was designed to feel open, comfortable, and connected to the home’s architecture. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace creates a strong focal point, while soft neutral tones, tailored furnishings, and layered lighting balance the scale of the vaulted ceilings. Large windows bring natural light into the space and soften the contrast between the stone textures and warm wood finishes.

Throughout the home, thoughtful details create a cohesive look that feels timeless without being overly formal. Custom wall molding, refined finishes, soft textiles, and carefully selected furnishings work together to create interiors that feel polished, relaxed, and designed for everyday living.
